Strip a member’s roles into a jail channel, and give them back.

• >prison: Send a member to prison: every channel but one hidden
• >prisoners: Who is in prison, and until when
• >setprison: Set up the prison role and channel
• >unprison: Let a member out of prison, with their roles back
• >unsetprison: Free everyone and take the prison down
